UPS Ground Service Shipping (allow 5-10 working days) is now included in the price of the product for anywhere in the 48 continental United States.
Express Shipping (allow 3-6 working days) is available for an additional $14.50 per item
UPS does not guarantee these services Dec. 7 - Dec. 24. Delivery time is calculated from date of shipment.
These shipping rates apply to continental U.S. only. Please call customer service for APO and other destination
