We do not sell, swap, trade, or give our customer list to anyone. We will not provide any customer contact information to any third party without the express consent of the individual customer.
The information we collect and maintain about our users is the contact and payment information provided by customers when they place orders, plus contact information from those persons who opt-in, for example sending a request to receive our mail brochures. We do provide customer information about "ship to" addresses to third party shipping services, so they can deliver the products our customers have ordered. We do place customers on a postal mail list we maintain for an annual mailing of our printed brochure. Customer credit-card numbers are not retained on our website, since we process our online orders through authorize.net we never see the credit card information you provide.
We do use various webserver statistics programs, which do not identify the individual users but provide information about the numbers of visitors to our website and the browsers/computers they are using. No effort is made to identify particular users through these statistical checks. We make use of the customer and prospective customer information we collect in order to contact our customers in order to complete orders, to resolve problems with orders, to confirm contact information, and to promote Maine Wreaths, via occasional printed brochures and similar means. Any customer may at any time instruct us to remove all identifiable information from all our active records, and/or instruct us not to send any or all of our sales and promotion material.

We will do all we can to resolve all customer complaints as quickly, and as fairly, as we can.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or warranties available. Refunds only available before item is dispatched. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.
